Our Recruitment process begins with a detailed job specification which involves meeting with the client personally to establish the relevant competencies and behaviours required, as well as to assess company culture in order to match effectively. We invest time, energy and resources in order to understand your core business and culture. Candidates are then sourced via our valued current database or through advertising, headhunting and networking. Candidates are professionally screened using competency based
interviewing techniques and assessments. A shortlist is drawn up and candidates are referenced checked and credit checked where necessary. CV's are compiled and are submitted to the client for perusal. Profiles are drawn up on all short listed candidates and these give a synopsis of the candidates experience, skills, personality profile and suitability to the job. We know how valuable time is and we make it our job not to waste your time.
